Refunds

Electronic software delivery license may subject to failure automation delivery from our system and it is your right to ask for replacement license key if you have not yet received license key from us.

Exchanges

We only replace the license key of the same product if the product key defective. No exchanges product will granted after the purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the software is compatible with your system before purchase.
